This TV did well with ATSC broadcast and HDMI inputs. The analog inputs, S-video and composite video, were less than satisfactory. If you intend to view analog sources a lot, this may not be the best choice for you.

I should start this off by saying my not previously owning an HDTV may be skewing my opinion, but this is a fantastic television. The picture is clear and sharp, the sound is fantastic, it is basically beyond everything I was hoping it would be and at a really good price. I cannot imagine how I could be more satisfied with this set.

For the two weeks prior to Thanksgiving, this model is selling at Costco for $500 instead of the regular $579.99. Since I am happy with the 47″ Vizio I have, I decided to take a chance and I am pleased, especially at this price.

Love this TV. Only problem was that when it was received from Tiger Direct there was no remote, manual or power cord. Good news is that after contacting Vizio I had all 3 within a couple of Days. Excellent service from Vizio with no hassle in taking care of the issue. The customer rep was extremely nice and helpful. This is completely the opposite of all other Electronic manufacturers I have ever dealt with… All this and I haven’t even mentioned the fact that the picture quality is exceptional… I would recommend this LCD HDTV to anyone.

I bought my Vizio at Walmart for 597.00 and its a great LCD,easy set up right out of the box,37 inch with plenty of options,we like it alot. Now Walmart has the same set for 569.00
