At this time I feel like I will never buy anything from Amazon due to this experience. Refund was proc. but my trust is damaged.
I know this product and it was disrespectful to receive something with such a poor quality. It was so fake that I felt it as soon as I open the package.
I wish I could receive some kind of communication from someone on this matter.

The product was delivered in mint condition and in a timely manner. I have had a Montblanc pen for many years and have given them as gifts to family and friends.

I have been hearing for a while about Mont Blanc pens but never got interested. About a month ago I borrowed one from a friend to write something and felt that I was in the presence of royalty. The only problem was that every one I knew either had a Meisterstuck black and gold or black and SS accents. They told me that this was the only combinationas in the ballpoint Meisterstuck collection. I didn’t wanted in black so I never tried to get one. A couple of days ago found a seller offering a Meisterstuck in Burgundy and found out that it was a color that was retired a few years ago. This color I liked and purchased at a grat price from this seller. It said it was used like new and boy was he right; mint condition, inner and outer boxes and all the papers. It is a great pen and every body is asking about the color and where they can get one. And the most importand fact is that it is a great writing instrument, it glides on paper like no other pen I have ever used. My hat if off to the Mont blanc artisans, it really is a masterpiece.
