I bought both of my 18 month old Grandchildren this slide for christmas and they both love it. One is a girl and one a boy so it is gender feindly. The parents also love it as the children burn lots of energy and get worn out. Every parents dream. I woul buy them all over again. These slides can be used both inside and out. They are sturdy and short enough that when my grandson jumped off the top ( the little dare devil) he did not get hurt. My granddaughter likes to also use the bottom portion as a little hideaway. This product is well worth the price and durable enough to last for the next grandchildren who will come along.

My daughter was 16 months old when we bought this climber for her for Christmas. She learned how to climb and slide by herself very quickly. She loves climbing on it and standing on it. She jumps and shakes it, so it is durable to withstand a very active toddler! We have it in the house right now until warmer weather arrives. Just the right size for her right now!

The slide is nice, but the stairs are really strange, my 16 months old girl cannot get on the slide by herself.

This company is NOT worth your time!! I ordered this and first the shipping was delayed THEN when my son opened it for xmas a major piece was missing….that was 3 WEEKS AGO!! I have had the WORST customer service. I have had two different people telling me two different things…. One was going to get me the missing part and the other was sending me emails with instructions to send the product back. I was/am so frustrated that Im just going to return the item and get my money back. I ordered this on Nov 27 2009 and today is Jan 7 2010 and my problem STILL isnt solved! Oh and I gave the rating one star only because it generates an error with NO STARS!
